Terms of Service.
Last updated: March 2026 · Governing law: Federal Republic of Nigeria
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Slipless, operated by ATARY ("we", "us") at slipless.ng. By creating an account or using Slipless in any way, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use Slipless.
The Service
Slipless is a digital receipt platform that lets Nigerian small businesses generate and send receipts to customers via WhatsApp. We provide the software · you provide the business. We are not a payment processor, an accounting firm, or a tax advisor.
Your Account
- You must provide accurate information when registering.
- You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
- You must be at least 18 years old to create an account.
- One person may own multiple businesses on Slipless. Each business has its own subscription.
- You may invite staff to your business. You are responsible for your staff's actions on the platform.
- We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, at our sole discretion, with or without notice.
Subscriptions & Payments
- The Free plan is free forever with receipt links that expire after 1 hour.
- Pro Monthly is ₦5,000/month per business.
- Pro Yearly is ₦50,000/year per business (saves ₦10,000).
- All payments are processed by Paystack. We do not store card details.
- Subscriptions are per-business, not per-user.
- We do not offer refunds except where required by Nigerian consumer protection law. If you believe you have been incorrectly charged, contact us within 7 days.
- We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice to existing subscribers.
Gift payments made on behalf of another business are non-refundable once the subscription has been activated on that business.
Acceptable Use
You agree not to use Slipless to:
- Generate fraudulent or falsified receipts.
- Impersonate another business or person.
- Send receipts to customers who have not transacted with you.
- Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or overload our infrastructure.
- Use the platform for any activity that violates Nigerian law or applicable international law.
Misuse of receipts for fraud, tax evasion, or any form of financial crime will result in immediate account termination and may be reported to relevant authorities.
Your Data
You own the receipt data you create. By using Slipless, you grant us a limited licence to store and process that data for the purpose of delivering the service. See our Privacy Policy for full details.
You are solely responsible for ensuring you have the right to collect and process your customers' personal data (names, phone numbers) in accordance with applicable Nigerian data protection law (NDPA 2023).
Intellectual Property
The Slipless name, logo, codebase, and design system are owned by ATARY. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any part of Slipless without prior written permission. Your receipt content belongs to you.
Limitation of Liability
Slipless is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by Nigerian law:
- We are not liable for lost revenue, missed sales, or business disruption caused by downtime or bugs.
- We are not liable for WhatsApp delivery failures · we generate the link, WhatsApp delivers it.
- Our total liability to you in any 12-month period shall not exceed the amount you paid us in that period.
- We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
Uptime & Service Availability
We aim for high availability but do not guarantee 100% uptime. We may perform maintenance that temporarily interrupts the service. We will attempt to notify users of planned downtime in advance.
